Laura Lanoue, Phyllis, And Claire
Our administrative team is here to support our clinical staff, as well as provide superior services to our patients and their families.
Laura Lanoue: Laura Lanoue is our practice manager, and was one of the original staff members in opening the practice in 2009. By 2010, Laura's talents moved her from administrative staff to practice management after successful completion of management training with Integrated Medical Management Solutions. She has worked within the healthcare industry for 9 years, is a licensed C.N.A., and is HIPAA certified. Her continued education includes SkillPath Leadership training, and completion of psychology-related coursework with Tidewater Community College. Laura works closely with our administrative and clinical staff to ensure high quality of care and believes that, "Those suffering deserve compassion; everyone deserves the right to express their feelings and receive care without feeling judged." Her managerial experience and compassion helps in guiding and assisting our staff, as well as offering support to our patients and families.
Phyllis: Phyllis joined in the team in February 2014 and has proven her skills in human relations, as well as billing and organization. She works closely with our office manager in assisting with claim submission, error detection, benefit verification and insurance authorizations. Phyllis has experience working in public relations, and has even assisted us with her talents in photography. She is the mother to a teen-aged girl, and remains very active within her family and community.
Claire: We welcomed Claire to our practice in January 2014. She specializes in patient records, disability claims and record upkeep. Claire is typically the friendly voice you will hear when you receive reminder calls for your appointments. Claire has experience working in public relations, and has received culinary training. Her extensive culinary experience has definitely been an added bonus for the rest of our team!
