Greg Griffin, LCSW
For over 30 years, Mr. Griffin, a Licensed Professional Social Worker, has been serving the needs of children and families in Tidewater. His years of service at Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters, as well as other various outpatient settings, are combined with longstanding commitment to compassionately address challenges impacting children and adults. He received his Master's Degree in Social Work from VA Commonwealth University in 1981. His areas of expertise include ADD and Asperger Syndrome, as well as other health related conditions such as Fibromyalgia and Oncology. He has considerable experience in    addressing grief and loss. Additionally, he's an MFLC (Military Family Life Consultant) who visits military bases around the area, helping service members and their families adjust to returning from deployment and war.
William Woods, MD 
Dr. Woods is a board-certified psychiatrist with over forty-three years of experience. He graduated cum laude with a major in Chemistry and a minor in Philosophy from Dickinson College in Pennsylvania. He went on to earn his M.D. from New York Medical College in New York City. Over the next several years, Dr. Woods continued to help those in need. He joined the Navy, working with the armed forces for eleven years, nine of which were spent as the Staff Psychiatrist at Naval Regional Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA. Dr. Wood's works with patients 18+, including the elderly.
Laura Cook, LPC
Laura Cook is a Licensed Professional Counselor, having received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Lake Erie College in 1998, and earning her Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from John Carroll University in 2005. Laura has over fourteen years of experience working in the Human Services field with children and adolescents and their families; she has nearly seven years of experience in crisis intervention and crisis counseling. Laura’s areas of focus include self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, anger management, grief & loss, relationship issues and women's issues.
Logan Ellington Harrison, LCSW
Logan Ellington Harrison is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She comes to us with over 19 years of experience in working with children and families. She has worked in every venue from residential treatment centers, to group homes, and mental health centers. Not only is she one of the small group of clinicians in our area who has completed the necessary coursework to become a Registered Play Therapist, but she is currently finishing her advanced training in Trauma Forcused Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Her ability to establish a therapeutic rapport with children a and families is unparalleled, and she has already proven to be a highly effective asset to our practice.
Lisa Duez, LCSW 
Lisa Duez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, and A Certified Co-Occurring Disorders Practioner.  She has 20 years of service in a wide range of settings including residential treatment, adults and juvenile probation, and foster care.  Mrs. Duez has been a manager and administrator of community based programs for adults, children and families. She received her Master's Degree in Social Work from Norfolk State University in 2006, and also teaches for Tidewater Community College’s Administration of Justice Program. Mrs. Duez’s areas of clinical focus include: family therapy, addictions, anxiety, Christian Counseling, women’s issues, depression, andtrauma resolution.  Mrs.Duez is trained to provide EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing)therapy, andDialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
John Haddaway, LCSW
John is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 30 years experience, having received his Master's in Social Work from the University of Maryland in 1984. John is also a Master Hypnotherapist, and is Jungian trained in Dream Analysis. As a retired Marine, John has dedicated much of his time working with the military in PTSD and Separation of Services issues. John facilitated groups  for veterans suffering from Schizophrenia, bipolar, PTSD, Alcohol and Drug Abuse, and varied mental illnesses. In the 1990's, John developed the Violence Intervention Program for the state of DE, working directly within prison systems. Other area's of focus include: addictions, family therapy, grief, and depression. John is experienced with patients ranging age 4-86
